MyHusky is a comprehensive suite of software specifically designed for higher education institutions. Authorized university staff use this system to manage the entire student lifecycle in a secure environment.
The five modules within MyHusky are:
Admissions: Defines Admissions requirements and processes from application to matriculation.
Campus Community: Users manage and maintain biographic and demographic information on students and organizations of interest to the University.
Financial Aid: Supports the local management and awarding of federal and state aid and scholarship funds.
Student Records: Supports the automation of the student records maintenance process including definitions of the course catalog, schedule of classes, enrollment controls and the generation of grade rosters, degree audits and transcripts.
Student Financials: Tracks student disbursements, charges and payments with comprehensive refund calculation rules based on refund policies.

OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) from Hyland Software captures documents that comprise the student record and organizes them within a central secure location creating a paperless electronic file. Authorized University Staff retrieve and view documents pertinent to the student's academic record.
