Yoga with Madhav Sharma

This class promotes stress-free living and working.Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!

Cardio Sculpt with Linda Krause

This class is a high intensity cardio class that will leave you dripping with sweat, but wanting more. Do your heart and body a favor and try this class! Great way to end the week and/or start the new grind.

Pumped Up Pilates with Linda Krause
