Throughout the day, schools are encouraged to share within breakout sessions what diversity activities and projects they have done within their own district and community over the past year. Faculty come together to share their ideas around diversity in their schools, discuss areas of need and come up with a plan on how they would tackle some of those areas. These notes and plans are developed and distributed to all who participate.
