Ramona Alley, holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences and communications from East Tennessee State University and is currently the office manager at the Alley Medical Center in Berwick. She has been a trustee of the YMCA since 1989 and has served as president of the group, as well as being past president of the Columbia County Medical Auxiliary.

Alley has served on the Penn Wood Girl Scout Council, holds Girl Scouting's highest rank and is active in the Thespian Society. She also serves on the Berwick Hospital Chairity Ball committee and was chair in 1994 and 1995.

Alley is a member of the WVIA Public Television Board of Trustees executive committee, is past president of Beta Sigma Phi sorority and was the Columbia County Presidential Campaign chair for the Reagan-Bush 1988 campaign, the 1992 Bush-Quayle campaign, the Gov. Thornburgh Campaign county chair, and the county senior citizen coordinator for the Gov. Tom Ridge campaign.

Additionally, she has served on Gov. Casey's judicial selection board. Alley was appointed to the Council of Trustees in 1983.
