>> Pay your $200 Admissions deposit

Paying your deposit officially saves your spot in the Class of 2023. The deposit deadline is May 1.

>> Submit your FAFSA

Early filers usually receive priority consideration for financial aid and scholarships. You can file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as Oct. 1.

>> Apply for scholarships

As an incoming student, you can be considered for two different types of scholarships at BU: merit-based and donor-based. You're automatically considered for merit scholarships by gaining admission. If you'd like to be considered for donor scholarships, be sure to file the Donor Scholarsip Application.

>> Register for housing and select your meal plan

Living on campus? Be sure to complete your MyHousing application as instructed in the email sent from the Office of Residence Life. Students will need to complete the online housing agreement and also answer personal information questions, select a meal plan, and request a roommate (if you have one in mind). New students are not eligible to select a specific hall or room.

>> Register for your New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation will help you familiarize yourself with the BU campus and culture. Your orientation date is determined by your current major.

>> Complete and submit the health form

All new students are required to complete the online health forms prior to starting classes at BU. Complete the forms by July 1.

>> Join us and your fellow classmates on social media

No need to wait until you get on campus, start connecting with current and fellow incoming Huskies today on our vast social media network.

>> Submit your final high school transcript

All students are required to submit a final high school transcript showing proof of graduation. Please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with any questions.

>> Check your BU student email account:

Check it frequently! We will primarily communicate with you through your BU email address. So this is your main source for important dates, deadlines, and activities.
