BU's SCM program offers a B.S.B.A. in supply chain management and a minor in the field. The SCM program makes graduates competitive in the workforce with training in SAP, Salesforce, and Block Chain. The undergraduate program, combining principles of technology and business, offers a virtual business world where students and faculty interact, brainstorm ideas and make decisions. SCM concepts and principles learned in the classroom come to life through visits to manufacturing facilities and guest lectures from industry leaders.

BU's SCM program is AACSB-accredited and prepares students for Six Sigma, SAP, project management and security certifications. Training includes courses in supply chain operations, logistics, enterprise systems, and more. Students can expand their SCM knowledge through membership in the university's chapter of APICS and build relationships with industry leaders through internships, networking opportunities, and business partnerships.

Among a few of the unique features of the BU program noted by Study.com were BU’s job fairs and alumni conference hosted each fall at the school, students having access to software used by corporations with well-established supply chains and the school paying for SCM students' certification fees.

Also part of the BU program is the Nicholas J. Giuffre Center for Supply Chain Management which provides new resources, relationships, and opportunities for students in the Zeigler College of Business who are interested in supply chain management and information technology. The Giuffre Center for Supply Chain Management provides students and executives with superior leadership training and education in supply chain management through innovative teaching; experiential learning; industry collaboration and talent development.
