Sales team finishes in Top 15 at national competition

BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania sales team competed at the International Collegiate Sales Competition in November 2018 in Orlando, Fla. Bloomsburg finished 13th out of 77 schools competing at the event and was the highest finishing team from Pennsylvania.

Competing for Bloomsburg University were Kole Orfino, Ryan Chinni, Jaclyn Hatton, Anna Hershey, Carly Gregg, and Britny Keyes. Monica Favia, Ph.D., associate professor and chair of the marketing and professional sales department, is the team coach.

Anna Hershey finished sixth out of 154 students competing in the role-play competition, while Carly Gregg competed in the speed sell and was a finalist finishing in the top ten out of 150 students.

The International Collegiate Sales Competition enhances the selling profession by encouraging the development of critical skills needed by today’s collegiate sales graduates in a fun, competitive environment.
