BU Over 60 Program Informational Session Planned

BLOOMSBURG— Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania will offer an informational session for its “Over 60” program on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the Assembly Room of Monty’s on upper campus.

The event will introduce those 60 years of age and older to information on campus parking, how to register for a class, library resources and more. The event is free and open to the public. R.S.V.P’s are encouraged by calling 570-389-4523. Coffee and pastries will be served.

The first hour of the program will feature a welcome by BU President Bashar Hanna, information on registering for classes, library resources, campus parking and more. The second hour will feature a guided walking tour of lower campus. Participants will be bussed to lower campus to begin the tour.
