CAEP Annual Reporting Measures

Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP)’s mission is to “advance equity and excellence in educator preparation through evidence-based accreditation that assures quality and supports continuous improvement to strengthen P-12 student learning.” The education programs at Bloomsburg University are accredited through CAEP. The following list of Annual Reporting Measures, which are required by CAEP, illustrate educator preparation and effectiveness to impact PK-12 student learning.

Annual Impact Measures

Measure 1: Impact on P-12 Learning and Development

Pennsylvania Value Added Assessment System (PVAAS) data demonstrate the degree to which PK-12 students within a teacher’s classroom meet the expected level of growth for students in Pennsylvania. The data include statewide institution scores as well as Bloomsburg University scores.
